I have been watching a toy Cat 12 Blade on Ebay with a box it was at $1900.00 a hours ago.What it so special about that one to bring that kind of money,

It's an original Reuhl model. They are very rare with the original box. Ertl made the same model from the same molds. They are a lot less money.

Blade sold for $2425.00. My original Ruehle blade is perfect condition no box though I wonder what it is worth.I still wouldnt sell it.

If that has plastic wheels, I think that is the last Ertl version. Same molds.

That is the last version of the Ertl grader. Normally sells for $300 to $600 in the original box.

There are several differences between the Ertl and the Reuhl. Some of the detail that Reuhl built into the grader caused major manufacturing problems, so Ertl did a lot of simplification of the design when they started producing. The two graders are from the same tools, but there were significant changes to the tools.

At $2425, the buyer got a bargain on the Reuhl if it was in new condition in the box.

Also, I believe the Reuhl model did not have the 'pacman" CAT logo on the side.
