New old Cat loader was created by terrywelch_archive

I fellow I know asked me if I could pin down a year on a Cat track loader he has. The serial # he gave me is 5T1041WSP. I have not seen it yet. I was told it was in nice shape. Pony does not run. Any one with the serial # book that can answer the question for me.

My book shows a 5T came out in 1943 & the 5T RD4 is listed as coming out in 1945 so with that low of a SN it could have come out that year or the next but hard to tell as it was World War two time.
