D4 Jim, OK, let me make a confession. Our contractor hasn't got the website updated yet, despite the target date of May 1st. Without the update, we don't have the capability of posting the advertisements to the website and make them available only to ACMOC members. And we have to make sure that the new system works. Was I a bit too optimistic? Yes, probably as usual. What happened was the computer programmer who was creating the site for his employer (our contractor) quit to go to a better job. The firm, Spyderhost, is small, and had to hire another computer programmer to continue the work on our site. So, our project was delayed. Many a slip between cup and lip. Am I making light of the situation? No, I don't intend to. So we have the same problem we've had for the past few years. When will it be fixed? I'm awaiting a report from our new executive director who is on top of these things. We have a board of directors meeting this coming monday, by telephone conference call, and I'm sure this will be on the agenda. Mea culpa (I think it is spelled). GWH

Just checking in but it is now three weeks after some subscribers received their magazine first class and still no issue via regular mail in NW KS!!
I guess the rate hike by the Post Office didn't do any good, huh??
Where else could one charge more for less service.

A friend of mine has worked for the PO for 20 years and he said he has never seen it so confusing for folks to send a small package through the mail. He said there are so many choices that someone will send it one way and the next time the clerk sends it a different class at a different price and folks are getting upset because of the different rates.

How long do we have to wait before we can call ACMOC to get a replacement magazine? It is now 23 days after the first members received this one and no mag yet!!

What a great postal system!! The *holes are overpaid and still no service.

I finally received my mag in yesterday's mail (Wed 28 May).
