Thank You for your hospitality and great company, Don. I had a great time. The food was great, as always. The only thing I missed was the King of Obsolete's book(and underwear:eek: ). Thanks again-glen

Don,

Glad to hear it went so well, So sorry to have missed it. Would have loved to see that D8 up close as well as the other machines scattered about. I see you sported a new (or very clean) set of whites for the occasion. Hope more pictures get shown here.

Hey Don,

Is that a top crank I see there on that D8 pony? I thought you were too old for that hand cranking stuff? You may remember that all my CATS (D4's, D6, CAT 12) have elctric starts, and I never use them. I perfer using the rope. I have bought a used D8 top crank setup and need to get that installed on my 8R. Must be fun.... :-))

It was fun! Thanks so much for your hospitality, and the 22!

I was great to put some faces to the screen names.

I slept in a bit, had breakfast in Gilroy then went 340 miles home with one quick stop. Damn LA traffic! Stopped on the 210...

Thanks Guys, it was my pleasure to put the BBQ on. Thanks to Bill Austin for spending 2 days with me here to get things ready. Thanks to Glen and Pat, Lori, Firecat Wayne,Janice, Pete, Dozerman51 and Syl for their help. Thanks to the people that brought a dish as well.
Always a pleasure to see you Gary, I don't think many people made into the shop. I guess I do have some work to do in there:D
John from Fresno, I ain't to old to crank the D8 I'm just to old crank it all day:D
D4E, hope we will see you next year.
John, I think this was the 4th year, plan on doing it again if there is still interest.
Al, not new whites, just clean. See you next year.
Eric, glad you made the trip.
Carl Sharp, glad you made it home with your prize 22. Enjoyed sitting around talking after the Q.
Joe, he'll get one sooner or later.
Thanks to all who made the effort to make the BBQ. Don
